Cinematic Label - 8 Channels EP

author: Radim Malinic

created on: Mon 26 Jul 2010 @ 20:29

8 Channels EP is the latest 12" vinyl cover design for Cinematic Label, following the previous Black Lips last month. The tracks on the EP, released within the next few weeks, were very 'instrumental' during the design process, helping me to visually represent the mood of the music.

created on: Tue 06 Jul 2010 @ 13:03

A while ago, I've been commissioned by Malibu & We Are Social to work on custom design graphics for limited edition 'Malibu by U' bottle. Fortunately this week, I had time to finish the piece on theme of cranberry, orange and lime [unfortunately, I've lost the name of the cocktail].

If you wish to find out more info on the whole project see, Malibu UK Twitter feed, you can read more 'social' info on Malibu Facebook page and get talking with We Are Social - London

If you are curious about creation of this colourful bounciness, you will find in-depth feature in the August issue of Advanced Photoshop magazine, giving you step by step guide.

It's not only the English weather hotting up right now as work at Brand Nu has been hectic lately, hence the blog has been a bit neglected.

If you had bought Book #THREE you'd already seen this branding project for N4Life. I'm pleased to see the final result out there and good luck to all at N4Life doing their praisable bit for charity cause.

created on: Tue 04 May 2010 @ 12:25

It's beautiful, seriously, the work is utterly stunning as expected.
Congratulations.

Mark Billen - Webdesigner Magazine

It’s looking a real humdinger. The three on the front in the gold out
of red looks amazing.

Paul Skeffington - Art Director / Push Thinking

It’s fantastic! Congrats on another superb job.

Tom Dennis - Deputy Editor Computer Arts

I can truly say it's your best one. I'm excited by having opportunity to follow
your career, to see how you grown up and expand your skills to all new fields.
In other words, it's fucking dope!

Valp - Graphic Illusionist

It is very nice. Always love a bit of gold foil!
Luke O'Neill - Art Editor / Computer Arts

I would strongly recommend this book to anyone. It really shows off
Brand Nu’s work in a new dimension and the expression of individuality
is engaging from start to finish.
Albert Lo - Art director

Absolutely outstanding both in content and print finish.
Very inspirational all round, i'm sure creatives from all
around the UK and global feel the same way.

Mark Patttison - Designer

The book is awesome! I particularly like the work for the London Film
Museum and the Fellowship artwork. Love the plike
cover with the foil block too.

Adam Jennings - Designer

I am thoroughly, thoroughly impressed and inspired as always
by your books. Your eye for design and impressive skills have
been setting the bar for what I am trying to achieve

as a graphic designer.
